Wrong Product Delivered?

If you receive the wrong item, please do the following:

1. Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

2. Email the video to theretailer18@gmail.com with the subject line: "wrong product delivered"

3. Requests without the required video or subject line will not be entertained.

Refund or Store Credit

If approved, we offer either:

- A full refund

- Store credit, as per your preference
